As what can we see from the diagram, it is quite similar to Evolutionary Model which are Prototyping and Spiral taught in Software Engineering subject.

From the model, the flow of process can be seen clearly and each steps are explained on what is happening. On the other side, the duration of each steps are not stated and we would't know how long each process will take to be done.
